Our work runs along a spectrum, from taking the lead on critical patent prosecution and licensing matters through serving as strategic, conflict, or specialized counsel alongside larger firms in complex litigation. We are particularly effective when brought in early to shape strategy, whether that means preparing a foundational patent application that will support later licensing or litigation, advising an investor before a round closes, or sitting alongside lead counsel on dispositive issues.
